Refund requests must be placed through your billing dashboard at service.modulecrafter.com. Please open a ticket and select the Billing Team for assistance with your refund. If you select Support or Technical Department for processing the refund that might not work and as a result your refund might get delay
- Eligibility
As we sell software, refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. We follow a standard refund policy, which applies only if the software does not function as intended.
Refunds are applicable only for purchases made on PHP version 8.1 or higher with ionCube Loader version 14 or higher. For other versions (PHP below 8.1 or ionCube below 14), refunds are not available, as PHP 7.4 is deprecated.
Refunds will only be provided if you encounter a genuine issue with the software and our support team is unable to resolve it.
Please note that setup/installation charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
