- Agreement

This agreement is made between the client (or prospective client) and Module Crafter. By placing an order, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service established by Module Crafter. By purchasing any software or service from Module Crafter, the client confirms full acceptance of and compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies outlined in our Terms of Service.
- Gateway Charges + Tax

All services provided by Module Crafter are subject to applicable payment gateway fees and country-specific taxes. If you are purchasing from outside our operating country, you are solely responsible for complying with your local tax regulations and covering any additional charges imposed by your jurisdiction. bKash (2.00%) & Paypal (6.49% + $0.30).
- Versions Of PHP

Our modules are strictly compatible with PHP version 8.1 or higher. We do not support versions below PHP 8.1, and none of our products are guaranteed to function on earlier versions. Before placing an order, please ensure that your environment is running PHP 8.1+ with the latest Ioncube Loader (version 14) installed. While we are committed to resolving any compatibility issues promptly, it is the client’s responsibility to meet the required server specifications prior to purchase. We no longer offer modules for PHP 7.4. Exceptions will only be made for companies entering into a minimum 1-year agreement, subject to our approval.
- Custom Development

For all custom development projects, clients are required to make a 50% upfront payment before the commencement of any work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to final delivery. By default, we deliver open-source versions of custom-developed modules to clients. However, if the client requires licensing and distribution control, we offer an optional licensing system integration. This allows the client’s WHMCS installation to generate license keys for their custom module, enabling them to sell it as a SaaS product. Additional fees may apply for this service, and such requests must be made explicitly at the time of agreement.
- Legal Action

Module Crafter maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against software piracy. If we detect or have reasonable evidence that a client is attempting to pirate, distribute, or tamper with our modules or software, we reserve the right to take immediate legal action. The nature of the action taken will depend on the severity of the violation, and may include civil or criminal proceedings under applicable intellectual property laws. Additionally, any client account found to be involved in suspicious or unauthorized activity will be permanently suspended without notice.
